Customer service at it's finest. We needed train tickets for 6 from Munich to Regensburg. Steffi Bauer the front desk person, not only helped us with the information but also went to the railway station and purchased the tickets for us!

Everything we had was delicious. I love the little touch of a small tasting from the kitchen with every evening meal.
